It’s important to have your puppy groomed as soon as possible so they can get used to and learn to love the grooming experience.We recommend your pet comes no earlier than 14 weeks. Or two weeks after the last vaccinations.

The time needed will depend on the desired services, condition and length of your pet’s hair, as well as temperament.

We offer a paid pick up and drop off service if you are unable to collect your pet after their grooming. Additionally, a small pet daycare fee may be added for late pickups.

Our pets love us very much and they will remain excited with you in the shop. They may continue moving around and try to get close to you which is not safe while we are grooming.It is recommended to drop off your pet for their grooming appointment, and then return when their spa-day is done. High anxiety animals may have one chaperon present, this is at the groomer’s discretion.

Bring a 'Paw'sitive attitude, and please have your pet relieve themselves prior to their appointment.

The length/type of your pet’s coat as well as hairstyle will determine how often your pet needs to be groomed.

Your dog’s nails should be trimmed monthly. You do not need a pre-booked appointment.

All dogs regardless of age benefit from being groomed.However aged, disabled, and ill pets may require special treatment during the grooming process.We are experienced in working with deaf, blind, and arthritic dogs. Give us a call or come in with some extra time to talk to us about where your dog is at, we want to learn about them! Please, talk to your vet about any adverse risk in grooming your older dog.
